The MEGA Curriculum and Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of MEGA Days, AI Academy, and MEGA Scholarships. This role will oversee curriculum creation, content development, and delivery processes, ensuring that all learning experiences across secondary and post-16 students are high-quality, future-facing, and impactful.
The postholder will not only create content but co-deliver sessions, bringing expertise and real-world context into the classroom. They will also manage the delivery team, ensuring effective coordination, professional standards, and continuous improvement across all programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum & Content Development
- Lead the creation and curation of curriculum content for the MEGA Curriculum including MEGA Days, AI Academy, and MEGA Scholarships.
- Ensure content is engaging, accessible, inclusive, and aligned to programme objectives and future skills needs.
- Integrate insights from industry and academic partners into curriculum design.
- Regularly review and augment learning materials in response to feedback, ensuring content remains aligned with developments in AI, Digital Media, Creative Technologies, Cyber Security, and IT - Empowering young people with future-ready skills.
- Ensure the curriculum and content from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5 aligns with educational standards, contractual requirements, and Gatsby Benchmarks, while remaining inclusive, adaptable, and accessible to all learners.
Co-Delivery & Facilitation
- Co-deliver MEGA Days, AI Academy Super-Curricular activities, and MEGA Scholarships across the Northwest, with potential opportunities to support initiatives in other regions.
- Deliver engaging, memorable, and relevant sessions for students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, adapting content to meet diverse needs, including those with SEN or challenging backgrounds, while bringing energy and enthusiasm to inspire participation.
- Support facilitators and guest speakers with resources, training, and briefing materials.
Team Leadership & Management
- Manage the delivery team, providing guidance, coordination, and performance oversight.
- Create a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on quality and learner outcomes.
- Support staff development through mentoring, coaching, and professional learning.
Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, academia, and partners to ensure curriculum content is enriched with real-world expertise, up-to-date insights, and practical applications.
- Act as a key liaison to ensure external contributions are integrated into delivery effectively.
- Represent the programmes at meetings, events, and forums to showcase impact and build new opportunities.
- Work with the wider IN4 Group team to coordinate and develop programme content.
Quality Assurance & Innovation
- Oversee quality control for all content and delivery methods, ensuring compliance with teaching and learning practices.
- Drive innovation in curriculum delivery, exploring digital platforms, experiential learning, and new teaching approaches.
- Evaluate programme impact through learner outcomes, partner feedback, and reporting
Required Skills and Experience
Essential
- Postgraduate degree (master’s or higher) in a technology-focused discipline.
- Demonstrable industry experience in cyber, AI, digital, or technology fields with proven ability to apply expertise in real-world contexts.
- Knowledge of the Computer Science and IT curriculum across Key Stages 3 to 5, with experience working in education and terminology used.
- Understanding of careers education, employability pathways, and future skills needs.
- Awareness of softer skills (e.g. communication, critical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, resilience) in preparing young people for careers.
- Full driving licence with access to a vehicle.
Desirable
- Experience of co-delivery with academic or industry partners.
- Knowledge of broader STEM pathways.
- An understanding of how schools and colleges operate, with awareness of career education frameworks such as the Gatsby Benchmarks.
- Experience managing teams, including setting objectives and supporting development.
- Skilled in supporting young people with neurodiversity or facing socioeconomic challenges.
