We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Programme Manager to lead The Creative Engine, a dedicated division of IN4 Group focused on empowering creative talent through live creative programme and project delivery, industry engagement, and community building.
This is a programme leadership role responsible for the strategic development, resource planning, and end-to-end programme delivery of a portfolio of creative and commercial projects. The post holder will work closely with partners, funders, clients, and internal teams to ensure The Creative Engine delivers high-impact outcomes and operates at the forefront of creative and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and growth strategy for The Creative Engine, aligning it with IN4 Group’s wider objectives and sector opportunities.
- Support the shaping of programme design and delivery models to reflect creative and emerging technology industry trends, participant needs, and commercial demand.
- Identify and implement systems and structures to ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable delivery.
- Oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of all activities within The Creative Engine, including live briefs, workshops, showcase events, and learning pathways.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and resource allocation across multiple programme strands.
- Ensure all assigned programme KPIs, targets, and milestones are met in line with funding agreements and commercial contracts.
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients, partners, and funders, building long-term relationships and collaborative networks.
- Represent The Creative Engine at high-level meetings and forums.
- Lead the delivery of commercial creative projects involving programme participants, ensuring quality control, client satisfaction, and timely execution.
- Scope and negotiate new project briefs with clients, aligning them to participant capability and learning outcomes.
- Drive commercial revenue generation opportunities to support programme sustainability and impact.
- Design and manage frameworks for capturing programme impact, learner progression, and client feedback.
- Produce high-level evaluation reports and insights to inform decision-making and showcase programme value.
- Ensure all activity complies with internal governance, funder requirements, and relevant policies including safeguarding and data protection.
- Provide support to the wider team, including coordinators and other key stakeholders, to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Ensure all internal stakeholders are aligned with programme direction
Required Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in senior programme or project management, ideally within the creative, digital, or skills sector.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of motivating high-performing teams.
- Proven experience overseeing large-scale programmes with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and deliverables.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with confidence in engaging clients, funders, and partners at senior levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to design scalable delivery models and drive operational improvements.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
- Passionate about the creative industries and how emerging technologies such as AI and Game Engines are affecting them.
- Passionate about inclusive access to industry opportunities.
- High attention to detail with strong communication and customer service skills.
Desirable
- Understanding of different stakeholders within the UK creative sector (technology providers, government, funds, practitioners, etc) and its everchanging make-up. If not, willingness to learn, keep up to date with the news, attend events and experiences and network with the sector.
