Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Operational oversight and governance of the MEGA Scholarship:
- Quality assurance of the Scholarship programme
- Costant review of the schoalrships offer, ensuring it meeds the ever-changing needs of industry and post-18 pathways
- Coordination of all Scholarship events and activities (supported by the Hub Manager), including:
- Activation events
- Application support sessions
- Mock Assessment centres
- Work projects
- Hackathon
- Work collaboratively with the wider team, particularly the MEGA Hubs programme manager, to ensure all activities are co-ordinated and high quality
- Supporting of logistics/bookings related to activities, including:
- Venue bookings
- Staff identified
- Industry informed
- Transports needs
- Refreshments
- Prizes

Governance and reporting:
- Monitoring of and extracting key information relating to schools and colleges
- Collating student and teacher feedback
- Collect key data, as per contractual requirements
- Utilise data sets to inform actions and strengthen outcomes for cohorts

Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including:
- Universities
- Local Authorities
- College leads
- Government organisations
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including:

Skills and Experience:
Required
Relevant post-16 and post-18 related qualifications, these may include (but are not limited to):
- Cyber Security
- Computer Science
- Maths
- Psychology
- A good understanding of Cyber related careers
- A relevant degree, with exposure to Cyber, at a minimum 2:1
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to work with data
- Experienced and comfortable in a customer-facing role
- Conscientious with an eye for detail.
- Problem-solving, solution focussed
- Competent in multi-tasking and prioritising workload
- An understanding of modern and emerging technologies, and the opportunities available in the sector
- Highly organised
Desirable
- Degree obtained from an NCSC ACSE
- CyberFirst Bursary student
- Experience of working with young people aged 16+
